Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

  Technical Review

  Our technicians will review your request and, if necessary, provide troubleshooting steps or issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned device, we will process your refund or ship your exchange unit within 3-5 business days.
